The MikroTik wAP LR8G Kit is a durable and compact outdoor gateway designed for LoRa® applications. Its upgraded 868 MHz LoRa® module features improved receiver sensitivity for greater range and more reliable communication, even in challenging weather. It also includes built-in GPS, a 2.4 GHz WiFi interface, and an Ethernet port for easy integration into any network.
The device is fully compatible with “The Things Network,” the globally recognized open-source LoRa® infrastructure. You can get started with your IoT deployment in just one day, and easily scale to enterprise-grade networks with “The Things Industries.” Note: this device does not include a built-in LTE modem; the SIM slot is only functional if the LoRa® card is removed and replaced with an LTE modem.
