Network Service Edge
The Cambium Networks NSE 4000 is a powerful Network Service Edge solution that combines unified threat management and SD-WAN for small and medium-sized businesses, educational institutions, and other distributed organizations. The device features eight 2.5 GbE Ethernet ports and two 10 GbE SFP+ ports, delivering up to 10 Gbps Layer-3 throughput and up to 3.3 Gbps advanced security throughput. With cloud-based management through cnMaestro, networks can be easily deployed, monitored, and managed from a central platform.
The NSE 4000 includes extensive security features such as a next-generation firewall, intrusion detection and prevention (IDS/IPS), DNS content filtering, and geo-based IP filtering. These capabilities help protect networks from malware, unwanted content, and other cyber threats. In addition, the system supports up to 200 site-to-site VPN tunnels and remote client VPN connections, enabling secure communication between locations or with remote users. With support for environments of up to approximately 2,500 devices, the NSE 4000 offers a scalable and reliable solution for modern enterprise networks.
