This device is a proprietary, long-range wireless gateway designed to connect and manage UniFi Protect Sensors with reliable, low-latency performance. Supporting both Bluetooth® 5.2 and SuperLink technology, it delivers flexible connectivity options with an impressive range of up to 2 km via SuperLink, while maintaining efficient short-range communication over Bluetooth. With support for up to 96 SuperLink clients, it is well-suited for scalable deployments in both commercial and industrial environments.
Built for durability and easy installation, the gateway features a compact enclosure made of polycarbonate and aluminum alloy, with support for both wall and DIN rail mounting. It is powered via PoE or optional USB-C, consuming a maximum of just 3.4 W. Seamlessly integrated with the UniFi Protect platform, it can be managed through both web and mobile applications, offering a user-friendly experience for monitoring and controlling connected sensors.
