Ubiquiti UniFi Recessed Entry Sensor USL-Entry-R Recessed Door Sensor
The UniFi Recessed Entry Sensor reports a door's open/closed status in UniFi Protect and mounts invisibly, recessed into the door frame. It uses a reed switch and a separate magnet, and connects over SuperLink, Ubiquiti's sub-GHz wireless protocol with a range of up to 2 km (1.2 mi) to the gateway. A replaceable CR2 battery lasts up to three years at an average of ten open/close events per day.
Built for homes, offices, retail spaces and other environments where a concealed appearance is preferred while keeping reliable entry monitoring. The sensor suits doors that support recessed installation; wood doors are recommended for maximum range. A built-in tamper switch alerts the administrator if the device is removed or tampered with. A SuperLink Gateway and a UniFi Protect setup are required.
